MINNEAPOLIS — Mikayla Jones helped Augsburg to a 5-1 win over Concordia in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's hockey Friday night.

Jones scored two goals, one in the second period and one in the third, extending the Cobbers' losing streak to four games.

Concordia was shut out for most of the game before Maiah McCowan found the back of the net in the final four minutes of regulation. The Auggies outshot the Cobbers 42-23, while Annie Juergens (7-4) made 22 saves for the home team.

Concordia (6-16, 4-11 MIAC) plays Augsburg (17-5, 12-3 MIAC) again at 2 p.m. Saturday.
