SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Fargo tallied four third period goals en route to a 5-2 win over Sioux City in United States Hockey League action Sunday afternoon at Tyson Events Center.

Each squad traded goals halfway through the first period. Mason Salquist scored off the dish from Kaden Bohlsen to give the Force a 1-0 lead. The Musketeers responded when Joel Maatta found the back of the net four minutes later.

Fargo hit its stride in the final period, scoring four unanswered goals. Joseph Dunlap scored five minutes into the third, which was followed by Adam Gajarsky's goal 12 seconds later. Three minutes later, Kyle Smolen recorded a goal, before Gajarsky rounded out the scoring towards the end of regulation with his second goal of the game.

The Force outshot Sioux City (15-20-7) 34-30, and Cole Brady registered 28 saves.

Fargo (21-15-5) begins a two-game series against Sioux City at 7:05 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21.
