FARGO — Fargo South-Shanley skated to a 2-0 shutout victory Saturday in an East Region boys hockey matchup.

Drew Sandy scored both goals for the Bruins. Goalie Zach Sandy tallied 28 saves.

South-Shanley (10-4, 8-3 East Region) has won five games in a row and nine of its last 10. The Mustangs (1-12-1, 0-10-1) have lost five consecutive games and nine of their last 10.

The Mustangs' lone win this season came on Dec. 29, one day after South-Shanley's last loss.
