Lancers score two in third to cap win against Force

Omaha, Neb. — Omaha nearly shut out the Fargo Force as the Lancers picked up a 3-1 win in United States Hockey League action Friday at Ralston Arena.

Adam Gajarsky scored for the Force with just over a minute to play. Fargo (25-16-4) had a 27-17 advantage in shots on goal.

Cole Kodsi opened up the scoring for the Lancers (18-19-7) in the first period. The game stayed 1-0 until late in the third period, when Zach Plucinski and Blais Richartz each scored in the final three minutes.
