LINCOLN, Neb. - North Dakota State dropped a pair of extra-inning softball games to the University of Nebraska on Tuesday.
Crystal Carwile hit an RBI single in the bottom of the ninth inning to give the Huskers a 2-1 win in the first game.
Nebraska won the nightcap 3-2 in 10 innings.
Melissa Chmielewski gave the Bison an early 2-0 lead with her fourth home run of the season.
