GRAND FORKS, ND -- After UND hockey secured a series split with No. 1 St. Cloud State last weekend, the Fighting Hawks gained some important confidence and momentum moving forward.

While this win was important, they claim keeping a close eye on details and continuing to start each day fresh are most important moving into the weekend against Denver.

"Kinda something that we've been talking about all year is that you start every single day at 0 and that's kinda been our mindset this week," freshman forward Mark Senden said. "The past is the past we've got to start at 0 again, we've got another big weekend here going into Denver."
