MOORHEAD - You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who bleeds Maroon and Gold, like Jessica Rahman.
She won a national championship as a player and spent the last 16 seasons as Cobbers women's basketball coach, and now she's moving on.
WDAY Sports was the first to tell you on Tuesday that Rahman is stepping away at Concordia.
She is the winningest women's basketball coach in school history with 273 wins.

WDAY'S Joel Sipper visited with Rahman one-on-one Tuesday afternoon to discuss the decision to retire, her most memorable moments and what the response has been from the community since stepping down.
"Its been heartwarming and you hope that you do that and make an impact," Rahman said. "It's been heartwarming and it makes me think about, man it has been a great ride. Coaches have a lot of impact and you hope that you do that in a good and positive way."
