JAMESTOWN, N.D. - Spencer Flaten, a junior from West Fargo who plays baseball at Jamestown College, has been named to the Association of Independent Institutions unaffiliated all-conference team.
Flaten, who helped Jamestown to a 30-11 record with two wins at the NAIA national tournament, finished the season with a .358 batting average, 34 run and 31 RBIs. He led the Jimmies with 20 stolen bases and nine extra-base hits.
Flaten has a 16-game hitting streak and goes into next season with a hit in his last six games.
