OMAHA, Neb. — Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton Post 397 fell 8-0 to Brooklawn (N.J.), but bounced back with an 8-6 win over Northwood (La.) on Thursday at the Battle of Omaha American Legion baseball tournament.
Austin Anderson, Grant Anderson and Carson Berreth each collected a hit for Post 397 against Brooklawn.
In Post 397's win over Northwood, Grant Anderson drove in a team-high three runs. Carson Berreth and Owen Hoover each had two hits and an RBI. Jordan Summers had one RBI and Brandon Watt tallied two hits.
Post 397 (8-2) is back in action at the Battle of Omaha on Friday, taking on Blissfield at 4:30 p.m. and Burke at 7 p.m.
