Legion baseball: DGF Post 397 prevails in pitchers' duel

Post 397's Kayden Camacho two-hit Barnesville in a victory in the 'Day of Baseball' event on Friday night.

DILWORTH — Kayden Camacho pitched a two-hitter and Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton edged Barnesville 1-0 in the American Legion game of the "Day of Baseball" event on Friday.

Camacho walked two and struck out eight.

Post 397 scored the game's only run in the third inning when Brandon Watt singled with one out. Watt stole second and Austin Anderson walked. Jordan Summers then cracked a ground ball single to left field to score Watt. Those were Post 397's only hits, although they drew six walks.
