MINNEAPOLIS - The Minnesota football program is searching for a new defensive coordinator. Everett Withers resigned after one season to take the same job at North Carolina.
Gophers coach Tim Brewster announced the news Monday. He hired Withers last year from the NFL's Tennessee Titans, where Withers had coached defensive backs.
