FERGUS FALLS, Minn.-Moorhead's girls hockey team knocked off Detroit Lakes 3-1 Friday at the Fergus Falls Invitational. The Spuds trailed 1-0 after the first period, but scored three unanswered goals to pick up their first win of the season.
Makayla Keller and Emma Cullen each scored in the second period, while Brianna Krejci added another in the third for the Spuds (1-3). Detroit Lakes fell to 1-5 on the season.
