Moorhead and Perham split an American Legion baseball doubleheader Thursday, with the Blues winning the first game 5-2 and Perham winning the second game 5-3.
Paul Roers tossed a complete game for the Blues in the opener, striking out eight and allowing no earned runs.
In the second game, Moorhead's Scott Petry went 2-for-2 at the plate. He also pitched six innings, allowing one earned run on five hits.
Moorhead (14-17) faces East Grand Forks and Roseview at the Detroit Lakes Water Carnival tournament at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., respectively.
