WEST FARGO-Moorhead claimed a 25-4, 25-16, 25-12 sweep over West Fargo Sheyenne Monday night in high school volleyball.
Lexi Gilbertson led Moorhead with 18 kills while Brooke Carney had eight kills. Brooke Walthall had five kills and 14 digs for the Spuds while Kortney Carney had 35 assists and six service aces.
Katelyn Galde and Brooke Prochaska each had three kills for Sheyenne.
Moorhead improves its record to 4-2 while Sheyenne falls to 4-7.
It was incorrectly reported in Tuesday's Forum sports section that Sheyenne won the match.
