Team North Dakota looks poised to make a splash this weekend at the USA Wrestling Junior National Duals.
Three-time state champions Eric Forde of Fargo South, Scott Schiller of West Fargo, Joe Schumacher of Bismarck and Michael Nord of Lisbon headline a stacked North Dakota team set to begin competition Friday at Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City, Okla.
"This is potentially one of our best teams," said South coach Lynn Forde, who will assist Bismarck coach Scott Knowlen at the tournament.
The duals begin today at the Freede Center.
The event, which wraps up with the men's freestyle championships on Monday, includes several of the country's top prep girls and boys wrestlers.
