FARGO - Four-time defending Summit League softball tournament champion North Dakota State earned the top seed for the conference tourney for the second straight season.
The softball championship will be played May 9-11 at the Ellig Sports Complex in Fargo.
The Bison (30-14, 17-1 Summit) will face No. 4 seed Missouri-Kansas City at 1 p.m. Thursday.
