FARGO - North Dakota State senior Ryan Jastram was named to the "watch list" for the Fred Mitchell Award, which goes to the best kicker in the Division I Football Championship Subdivision, NCAA Division II and Division II, NAIA and junior college.
Jastram, one of 15 from FCS on the 50-member list, made 14 of 23 field goals and 48 of 49 extra-point kicks last season.
