NDSU women's soccer advances to Summit League championship

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - North Dakota State's Lauren Miller and Anisha Kinnarath scored a goal to lead the Bison to a 2-1 win over South Dakota State on Friday in women's Summit League soccer tournament action.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - North Dakota State's Lauren Miller and Anisha Kinnarath scored a goal to lead the Bison to a 2-1 win over South Dakota State on Friday in women's Summit League soccer tournament action.

Miller and Kinnarath each added an assist for the Bison (9-9) and goalie Sierra Bonham made seven saves.

The Bison will face top-seeded Denver in the Summit League championship 11 a.m. Sunday.

FIRST HALF: 1, NDSU, Kinnarath (Miller), 32:52.

SECOND HALF: 2, NDSU, Miller (Kinnarath), 64:51. 3, SDSU, Brazil (Kingston), 65:32.
