FARGO-North Dakota State senior cornerback CJ Smith was a late addition this week for the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl set for 5 p.m. (CST) Saturday at the StubHub Center on the campus of California State University Dominguez Hills in Carson, Calif.
Smith was added to the National team roster coached by former NFL coach Mike Martz. The fifth annual all-star game will be televised on ESPN2.
Smith was a three-year starter for NDSU and played a major role in all four of his seasons. He led the Bison with four interceptions and 16 pass breakups this season to go along with 38 tackles and a forced fumble.
