MOORHEAD - Concordia head coach Terry Horan has named sophomore Griffin Neal his starting quarterback for the season opener.
The Cobbers open the season at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jamestown College.
The 6-foot-4, 215-pound Neal, a Fargo South graduate, beat out sophomore Mitch Tauer and junior Mark Dunham for the starting job.
