Jesse Nelson is doing his best to make sure there will be no quarterback controversy at Concordia next season.
Nelson helped the Cobbers score more than 50 points for the fourth time in the past five games during a 54-21 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference victory Saturday against Carleton before 3,720 fans at Jake Christiansen Stadium.
"It's been fun - very fun," said Nelson, who finished with 272 total yards and four touchdowns. "When things are clicking, and you can run and pass, everything slows down."
