HARRISONBURG, Va. - No. 2-ranked James Madison erupted for 52 first-half points to fuel a 73-7 victory against Robert Morris (Pa.) on Thursday in NCAA Division I FCS football at Bridgeforth Stadium before 18,112 fans.
Dukes quarterback Ben DiNucci completed 14 of 17 passes for 184 yards and three touchdowns. The 6-foot-2, 211-pound junior also rushed for 39 yards and two touchdowns on seven attempts.
James Madison (2-1) finished with 667 yards, including two touchdown runs of at least 80 yards. Marcus Marshall rushed for 95 yards on six carries, including an 81-yard scoring run. Percy Agyei-Obese added 93 yards on five attempts, including an 80-yard touchdown run.
The game was first scheduled for Saturday, but moved to Thursday due to the threat of Hurricane Florence.
