THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. — Fargo North earned a 3-0 boys hockey victory over Thief River Falls on Saturday at the Thief River Falls Tournament.
Michael Hallquist scored an unassisted goal in the first period for the Spartans. Owen Bartz added a power-play goal four minutes later on an assist from Caleb Fritel. Bartz found the back of the net again in the second period with an assist from Hallquist.
North rose to 3-8 overall, while TRF fell to 7-4-2.
