Game and Fish closes North Dakota Zone 2 bobcat season after limit reached

The zone’s predetermined harvest limit of eight was reached Tuesday afternoon, the Game and Fish Department said.

BISMARCK — Bobcat hunting and trapping in North Dakota's Zone 2 is closed immediately, after the zone’s predetermined harvest limit of eight was reached, the Game and Fish Department said Tuesday afternoon in a news release. Zone 2 is the area east of U.S Highway 83.

The bobcat season in Zone 1 has no harvest limit and is open through March 15.
