Not everyone likes our recent snow and cold weather, but for some wildlife, it's an opportunity for winter fun.
Pat Wigginton of Fargo was out checking the ice on Big McDonald Lake near Dent, Minn., when he captured video showing two otters slipping and sliding on the ice.
"It was the cutest thing ever," Wigginton said, explaining that he was only about 10 feet off the shore when he saw what he at first thought were two dogs.
"I realized it was otters (and) before I got my phone out, they would take turns sliding," said Wigginton. "It was pretty cool to catch them playing!"
It may also be worth mentioning that all this unfolded in Otter Tail County.
