BISMARCK – If you're a North Dakota resident hoping to draw a tag for the 2022 pronghorn season and haven't yet applied, time is running short.
The deadline to apply for the 2022 pronghorn hunting season is Wednesday, Aug. 3.
In this Northland Outdoors podcast, host Chad Koel talks with Juten, known on social media as Ali UpNorth. The Duluth resident is the lead Northland Outdoors ambassador, a group of social media and outdoor enthusiasts who help promote the brand.
Applicants can apply on the North Dakota Game and Fish Department website at gf.nd.gov.
The pronghorn license fee is $30 for 16 and older, and $10 for under 16. Applicants must be at least 12 years of age on or before Dec. 31.
Game and Fish is offering 1,970 licenses in 17 units for this year's season, up slightly from 2021, when the department allocated 1,720 pronghorn tags.
