Fargo North defensive lineman Delson Saintal has signed to play football at Valley City State, the school announced Friday.
Saintal was a North Dakota Class 3A all-state defensive end for the Spartans. Saintal was one of 18 signings VCSU announced Friday.
Vikings coach Dennis McCulloch said he expected 10-15 more signings in the coming weeks.
