DICKINSON, N.D. — The West Fargo volleyball team came away victorious in two of three matches Saturday at the Dickinson tournament.
In the first match, the Packers claimed a two-set win over Skyview (Mont.) 25-22, 25-10. Erin Binstock recorded seven kills, while Mary Schnell distributed 13 assists. Schnell also tallied two aces.
West Fargo defeated Our Redeemer’s in its second match by a 19-25, 25-19, 20-18 scoreline. After falling in the first set, the Packers rebounded off of Maddie McKinnon’s seven kills. Lucie Holaday paced the Packers with 13 assists, while Schnell and McKenna Becher each had a dozen. Brynn Giesen had 13 digs.
Hutley (Mont.) got the better of West Fargo (16-4) in the final match, winning in straight sets by a score of 25-20, 25-14. Nadia Chwialkowski had six kills in the match.
