WEST FARGO - The West Fargo softball team picked up a pair of Eastern Dakota Conference wins over Grand Forks Red River on Saturday, shutting out the Roughriders on both occasions.
Lexi Lennon drove in three runs for the Packers (14-2, 5-0 EDC) and Brittany Rheault struck out 11 batters to help West Fargo beat Red River 10-0 in Game 1.
Game 2 was led by West Fargo's Jordyn Johnson and Michaela Liebl, who combined for four hits in a 10-0 Packers' win.
