Boys soccer: Spuds top Waconia on the road in regular-season finale

Moorhead finished the regular season with an 11-2-2 overall record.

WACONIA, Minn. — The Moorhead boys soccer team took down Waconia 3-1 on Saturday to cap the regular season.

Revar Qaqos struck first for the Spuds on an assist from Luqman Somane. Abdisamic Ibrahim found the back of the net on an assist from Mohamed Hussein and Abdirahman Ahmed scored Moorhead's third goal.

Moorhead finished the regular season with an 11-2-2 overall record.
