Girls basketball: Libby Suckert tops balanced Park Christian lineup in win

Nine Falcons scored in a rout of St. Paul Humboldt on Tuesday at the Legacy Holiday Classic.

ANDOVER, Minn. — Libby Suckert topped a balanced Moorhead Park Christian offensive attack with 21 points and the Falcons dominated St. Paul Humboldt 91-40 on Tuesday at the Legacy Holiday Classic.

Nine Falcons scored, with Annika Johnson, Hailey Frueh, Andie Sandman and Rebecca Peterson all finishing with eight points.

Ellika Johnson and Avery Aakre both scored seven points, Ellie Rogness scored five points and Annika Frueh scored three points.

Humboldt's Makenzy Wilson scored 16 points and Maria Moreno scored 13.

The Falcons play in the tournament championship game on Wednesday.
