SAUK RAPIDS, Minn. — Moorhead cruised to an 18-5 victory over Sauk Rapids-Rice on Tuesday in Minnesota girls lacrosse.

Ava Nelson scored four goals to lead the Spuds. Abby Kurpius followed with three goals, while Sophie Swenson and Sydney Martinson each buried two goals.

The Spuds are scheduled to host Grand Rapids at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
