FARGO — Two state volleyball championships were decided in dramatic fashion Saturday night at the Bismarck Event Center.

Both the North Dakota Class A and Class B title matches took five sets to decide the winner with the Class A championship finishing after midnight. Northern Cass rallied for a 25-11, 23-25, 21-25, 25-21, 15-10 win against Linton-HMB for the Class B crown. West Fargo Sheyenne earned a 25-22, 22-25, 25-18, 23-25, 15-8 victory against Bismarck Century.

Senior outside hitter Kailee Waasdorp paced the Mustangs with 27 kills and 28 digs.
