WEST FARGO — Fargo Davies got goals from four different players to cruise to victory in the quarterfinals of the North Dakota state boys soccer tournament Thursday at Essentia Health Packer Stadium.
Davies cruised to a 6-0 victory against Bismarck Century to advance to the state semifinals. Savey Jones and Dylan Pritchard each scored two goals for the Eagles. Davies is set to play Bismarck Legacy at 4:30 p.m. Friday in the semifinals. Legacy earned a 4-1 victory against Fargo Shanley in the opening round.
Minot earned a 1-0 overtime victory (4-3 penalty kicks) against Grand Forks Red River. West Fargo scored a 1-0 victory against Bismarck. Kenan Burekovic scored the lone game for the Packers. Minot and West Fargo play at 6:45 p.m. Friday in the state semifinals.
Davies is the No. 1 seed from the East Region, while Minot is the top seed from the West Region.
