Grand Forks Central 6, West Fargo 2
GRAND FORKS — Grand Forks Central scored the game’s first five goals and defeated West Fargo on Tuesday at Purpur Arena.
Grand Forks Central improved to 6-1 overall and in the East Region while West Fargo dropped to 1-7 overall and 1-5 in the East Region.
GFC’s Braden Panzer scored the hat trick and Brendan White, Chase Spicer and Wyatt Peterson also scored goals.
West Fargo got goals from Brayden Jacobson and Colton Bossert.
GIRLS
Fargo North-South 6, Grand Forks 3
GRAND FORKS — A hot start jolted North-South to a girls hockey win over Grand Forks on Tuesday.

The road team tallied three goals in the first period behind Rylee Bartz’s power-play goal and scores from Molly Hanson and Madelyn Rohrich. Abby Promersberger buried two goals, while Lindsey Astrup rounded out the scoring attack. Evelyn Olson added two assists.
Emily Becker, Brina Seng and Shaley Richards all found the back of the net for Grand Forks.
North-South improved to 6-1 overall. Grand Forks dropped to 4-3 overall.
West Fargo United 5, Jamestown 1
WEST FARGO — Courtney Docktor and Morgan Bents both scored goals and had assists in West Fargo United’s victory over Jamestown on Tuesday at the West Fargo Sports Arena.
Four of West Fargo’s goals were unassisted. Payton Hareland, Kaimbre Gourde and Alyssa Smith also scored United goals. Jamestown’s Alexis Kirkeby scored the game’s first goal.
West Fargo United improved to 3-3 overall and Jamestown fell to 2-7.
