WF Sheyenne 96, Wahpeton 62

WEST FARGO — West Fargo Sheyenne surged in the first half to cruise past Wahpeton in Eastern Dakota Conference play.

The Mustangs put up 60 first-half points, holding a 60-25 lead at the break.

Mike Nhial led a balanced Sheyenne scoring attack with 19 points, adding nine rebounds. Kaleb Larson finished with 18 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals. Dominic Dosmann poured in 15 points with four assists. Matt Gooselaw added 11 points.

Caden Hockert had 21 points to pace the Huskies. Ethan Manock totaled 13 points and five rebounds.

Sheyenne, which is No. 5 in the latest North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association Class A poll, rose to 10-1 overall and 9-1 in the EDC. Wahpeton fell to 1-9 both overall and in the conference.

Fargo Davies 102, Devils Lake 46

DEVILS LAKE, N.D. — Fargo Davies rolled to a dominant win over Devils Lake in EDC action.

Ian Motschenbacher led Davies with 29 points, adding four rebounds and five steals. Mason Klabo stuffed the stat sheet with 22 points, 16 rebounds, six assists and two steals. Raymond Brown poured in 13 points with three steals.

Hayden Hofstad paced the Firebirds with 11 points and six rebounds. Wylee Delorme followed with eight points.

Davies, which is No. 4 in the latest NDAPSSA Class A poll, rose to 8-1 both overall and in the EDC. Devils Lake fell to 2-6 both overall and in the EDC.

West Fargo 84, Valley City 47

WEST FARGO — West Fargo erupted for 51 second-half points to spark an EDC win over Valley City.

West Fargo led 33-27 at halftime and won the second half 51-20.

Nick Carlson led the Packers with 18 points, adding six rebounds and three steals. Carson Hegerle contributed across the board with 14 points, four rebounds, five assists and six steals. Foday Sheriff poured in 11 points with six rebounds and six steals, while Caden Zepeda scored 10 points.

Andrew Berntson and Cal Burchill each scored 11 points to lead Valley City.

West Fargo rose to 9-2 overall and 8-2 in the EDC. Valley City fell to 0-9 overall and 0-8 in the EDC.

Oak Grove 99, Richland 86

FARGO — Trey Hatfield scored 32 points to lead a potent Fargo Oak Grove offense on Thursday night in Class B, Region 1 play.

The Grovers’ Trevon Rodriguez scored 24 points and Rylee Bakkegard scored 22.

Mason Storbakken led five Richland players scoring in double figures with 20 points.

Oak Grove rose to 4-6 overall, while Richland fell to 1-7 overall.

D-G-F 85, Hawley 79

HAWLEY, Minn. — Owen Leach’s strong scoring night lifted Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton past Hawley in Minnesota Section 8AA action.

Leach scored a game-high 36 points to pace the Rebels. Logan Bitker followed with 18 points and Drew Sheeley scored eight.

Brevin Stoa led Hawley with 19 points. Sam Senske poured in 17 points and Brady Gratton scored 15.

D-G-F rose to 6-3 overall, while Hawley fell to 8-3 overall.

Ada-Borup 62, Park Christian 49

ADA, Minn. — Ada-Borup-West pulled away in the second half to down Moorhead Park Christian in Minnesota Class A play.

The Cougars led 26-25 at halftime.

Ada-Borup rose to 6-4 overall, while the Falcons fell to 3-10 overall.
