West Fargo 21, GF Red River 3

GRAND FORKS — West Fargo rolled by Grand Forks Red River on Tuesday in Eastern Dakota Conference play.

West Fargo came out on fire, scoring nine runs in the first three innings and capping the game with 11 runs in the fifth and final inning.

Grace Wehri was 3 for 4 with a double and four RBIs, and Emma Johnson had two hits and three RBIs for the Packers. Mara Lick and Sophie Ochocki both had two hits and an RBI. Courtney Docktor had two hits, including a triple, and drove in two runs.

Sydney Dye doubled twice and drove in a run, and Delia Osland singled and had three RBIs.

Johnson got the win, allowing an earned run on five hits in four innings and striking out three. Wehri relieved and struck out the side in the bottom of the fifth.

West Fargo improved to 13-4 overall and 16-2 in EDC points. Red River is now 8-4 overall and 10-2 in EDC points.

Brainerd 2, Moorhead 0

MOORHEAD — Brainerd pitchers Emma Tautge and Mya Tautge combined on a three-hitter in a win over the Spuds.

Emma Tautge started and worked three hitless innings. She walked one and struck out one. Mya Tautge went the final four innings, allowing three hits and a walk while striking out eight.

Taylor Kressin, Taylor Brueske, Avery Babolian and Riane Mohagen had the Spuds’ hits. Babolian took the loss, going six innings and allowing one earned run on five hits. She struck out four.

Moorhead fell to 9-7 overall.

D-G-F 13, Park Rapids 3

GLYNDON, Minn. — Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton breezed by Park Rapids in six innings to continue its strong play.

Mallory Leitner finished 2 for 3 with two RBIs for the Rebels. Lexi Froemke and Jaeda Pederson each scored a run and drove in two runs. Makayla Winter had two hits, a run scored and an RBI. Ellie Boyd tallied a hit, two runs and an RBI, while Makayla Bjelland had a hit and two runs scored.

Leitner earned the win for D-G-F, surrendering three runs, all unearned, on two hits and two walks with six strikeouts.

The Rebels improved to 11-0 overall.

Fargo North 19, Fargo South 7

FARGO — North cruised by South in five innings in an EDC matchup.

North improved to 5-6 overall and 8-8 in EDC points. South dropped to 3-5 overall and 6-4 in EDC points.

Fargo Shanley 12, Fargo Davies 11

FARGO — Shanley took down Fargo Davies in an EDC matchup for its first victory this season.

The Deacons rose to 1-9 overall and 2-`4 in EDC points. Davies dropped to 2-9 overall and 2-12 in EDC points.
