MOORHEAD CAN'T KEEP UP WITH ROGERS
MOORHEAD — Anthony Powell racked up nearly 270 yards rushing for Rogers as the Royals ran past Moorhead 58-41. The Spuds took a halftime lead of 21-14, but a strong second half and five touchdowns for Powell propelled Rogers to the win.
D-G-F WINS SEE-SAW BATTLE WITH DETROIT LAKES
GLYNDON — Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton and Detroit Lakes traded blows throughout the game, but the Rebels scored with under 2:00 to play to win 28-21. D-G-F took a 14-7 lead into halftime after a one-yard touchdown by Jordan Summers. The Rebels needed a first down to seal the game and run out the clock, Summers got the yardage they needed to seal, the seven-point victory.
BARNESVILLE FINISHES SEASON UNDEFEATED WITH 42-6 WIN OVER HAWLEY
BARNESVILLE — Barnesville wins the legendary Lee's Paddle, defeating Hawley 42-6. The tone was set early for Barnesville in the final game of the season. On the opening kickoff, senior captain Braden Bredman returned the ball 76 yards for a touchdown to put the Trojans up early.
PELICAN RAPIDS CLOSES OUT SEASON WITH 54-25 VICTORY BRECKENRIDGE
BRECKENRIDGE — A dominate performance lifted Pelican Rapids to a 54-25 win over Breckenridge. With 2 minutes left to go in the half, the Vikings put up 16 points to give Pelican Rapids a 16 point lead lead heading into the break. The Vikings finish the season 7-1.
