The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks minor league baseball team has re-signed second baseman Carlo Cota and pitchers T.J. Stanton and Matt Mossey while adding infielder Chris Tonte to their 2010 roster.
Cota, 29, returns for his third season with the RedHawks. He batted .257 with 22 doubles and 57 RBIs and was the top defensive second basemen in the Northern League last year.
Stanton, a 28-year-old right-hander, had a team-high nine saves as a reliever last year. Mossey, a
24-year-old right-hander, had a 4-3 record last season.
Tonte, 23, completed his college career at Pittsburgh in 2009. As a senior, he batted .354.
