WINNIPEG - Ben Moore threw six strong innings for Winnipeg, allowing two runs and striking out five in a 5-2 victory over Fargo-Moorhead in Northern League baseball action before a crowd of 7,028 fans at CanWest Global Park.
RedHawks (0-5, 32-21) pitcher Brandon Goltz suffered his first loss of the year, allowing four runs off of five hits in 52/3 innings of play.
The series will conclude today at 1:30 p.m. It is the last game before the Northern League All-Star game on Tuesday.
