ST. PAUL -- Jon Weber hit a grand slam as Fargo-Moorhead scored seven times in the 12th inning for a 9-2 victory over the St. Paul Saints Monday at Midway Stadium.
Weber finished 2-for-5 with all four of his runs batted in coming on the home run. Derek Dormanen also added a pair of hits for the RedHawks (18-4).
Doug Young and Curtus Moak pitched 5Xc innings of scoreless relief for the RedHawks.
The RedHawks utilized a wild pitch, an error, a hit batsmen and a stolen base in the seven-run 12th inning.
St. Paul wasted an nine-inning, 11-strikeout performance by Jake Whitney to fall to 16-6. St. Paul's Cory Harris singled in the 10th inning to extend his hitting streak to 19 games in a row.
