MOORHEAD — Simpson defeated Concordia 86-69 Saturday in women's college basketball at Memorial Auditorium.
Mira Ellefson had 15 points, two rebounds and two assists to lead the Cobbers. Avery Sundeen contributed 14 points and two rebounds. Kirstin Simmons tallied nine rebounds. Amber Lingen added 10 points and two assists.
Concordia fell to 3-6 overall and next plays Wisconsin-Superior on Saturday, Dec. 29.
