SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The Cougars picked up a 25-20, 25-20, 25-18 win over Minnesota State Moorhead in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference volleyball action Friday night.
Amanda Carlson led the Dragons with 13 kills and six digs. Amber Bretwisch had four digs and led the team in assists with 13, while Brooke Walthall anchored the Dragon defense with nine digs.
Krista Goerger led all players with 28 assists for Sioux Falls.
MSUM (5-6) dropped its fifth straight loss of the season, and will head to Marshall, Minn., to face Southwest Minnesota State at 2 p.m. Saturday.
