FARGO — North Dakota State women's soccer team scored two second-half goals en route to a 2-0 victory over Chicago State Sunday afternoon at Dacotah Field.

The Bison out shot the Cougars 16-8, as Elyse Huber found the back of the net in the 52nd minute to give NDSU a 1-0 lead, with Mariah Haberle assisting on play.

The Herd put the game out of reach after Huber scored her second goal of the game in the 89th minute. Monica Polgar recorded the shutout win for the Herd with six saves.

NDSU (5-2-1) will travel to Des Moines, Iowa, to take on Drake at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13.
