GLYNDON, Minn. — Hawley and Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton split in a Thursday night girls softball doubleheader.

In Game 1, Kiarra Summers had two hits for the Rebels, while Abby Rux had three hits and a home run for the Nuggets.

Skylar Spessard had three hits for the Rebels in Game 2.

Hawley is now 14-5 overall and has won seven of its last eight games. D-G-F moved to 15-3 overall, winning four of the last five.

Moorhead 13, Fargo South 1

FARGO — Moorhead cruised past South in nonconference action.

Drew Syverson had 13 strikeouts for the Spuds.

Adie Wagner hit a home run for the Bruins.

The Spuds improved to 7-12 overall and South dropped to 4-9.

West Fargo 10, 19, Devils Lake 0, 1

WEST FARGO — The Packers rolled through Devils Lake, outscoring the Firebirds 29-1 in a pair of five-inning games.

In Game 1, Courtney Boll tossed a no-hitter with seven strikeouts for the Packers. Brooklyn Myrvik, Lauren Diemert and Jadyn Iverson each hit a home run.

Tori Nichols-Kraft, Ashlyn Diemert and Mikayla Johnson each homered for West Fargo in Game 2. Nichols-Kraft fanned eight on the mound.

West Fargo rose to 17-5 overall and 15-1 in the EDC. Devils Lake dropped to 1-14 overall and 2-16 in the EDC.

Fargo North 5, 12, Grand Forks Central 1, 19

FARGO — North and Grand Forks Central split a doubleheader at Mickelson Field.

In Game 1, Alexa Hamre, Ava Kalbrener and Greta Rehder each went 1-for-3 with an RBI for the Spartans. Alex Egge drove in one run.

Kalbrener went 3-for-5 with three runs and an RBI for North in Game 2. Rehder and Brianna Beach each went 1-for-4 with two RBIs. Hamre finished 3-for-5, scoring two runs.

Taya Johnson and Hailey Gereau each drove in four runs for the Knights in the second game. Bailey Jaeger was a perfect 5-for-5 with three runs and three RBIs.

North moved to 11-13 overall and 11-5 in the EDC. Central is now 5-12 overall and 4-12 in conference play.

West Fargo Sheyenne 10, Fargo Shanley 7

FARGO — West Fargo Sheyenne defeated Fargo Shanley in EDC softball.

Sheyenne improved to 11-9 overall and 13-3 in the EDC. Shanley dropped to 8-8 overall and 12-5 in the EDC.
