CLEARWATER, Fla. — The North Dakota State softball team battled back from an early deficit to earn a 7-5 victory Thursday at Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex.

The Bison were down 2-0 prior to plating three runs in the bottom of the third inning. Madyson Camacho, Zoe Stavrou and Maddie Hansen each had an RBI in the third-inning splurge. Hansen finished 3-for-3 on the day and Camacho totaled two RBIs to lead the way.

NDSU (13-11) is scheduled to play Towson (9-7) and Wichita State (17-5) at 3:45 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. Friday, respectively.
