Both the men's and women's basketball teams from St. Thomas have been picked to finished first in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll.
On the men's side, the Tommies received 10 of a possible 11 first place votes. Concordia College was tabbed to finish fifth in the MIAC along with St. John's. The Cobber women were picked to finish fifth in the conference.
