NORTH MANKATO, Minn. - Samantha Anderson went 2-for-3 and drove in a run as Littlefork-Big Falls defeated Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal 3-0 on Saturday in the Minnesota Class 1A softball consolation championship.
Littlefork-Big Falls scored two runs in the fourth inning to take an early lead and the Titans (23-4) never recovered.
Six players had one hit for the Titans, who suffered two of its losses in the state tournament this season.
