SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The men's and women's track and field teams from North Dakota State University competed at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on Friday and Saturday.
On Saturday, NDSU's Kevin Jackson placed first in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.67 seconds.
Moses Heppner won the 800-meter run while Sam Soholt took first place in the discus with a distance on 161 feet, 8 inches on Friday.
The Bison women also fared well at the meet, winning three events while finishing second in four others.
Devon Wentz won the 400-meter hurdles and while Whitney Carlson took first in the

100-meter hurdles with a time of 14 seconds.
NDSU also won the 1,600-meter relay.
