Fargo Davies 5, Fargo North 4

FARGO — Davies scored four goals in the first period to fuel an East Region victory over North on Tuesday at the Fargo Coliseum.

Cam Bullinger found the back of the net twice in the opening frame to lead the Eagles' early surge. Bullinger scored just 27 seconds into the game to put Davies up 1-0. Barron Stibbe buried a shorthanded goal 26 seconds later to make it 2-0. Bullinger pushed it to 3-0 with his second of the game and Grant Matter capped the Davies run with a goal at 13:56 of the first period.

Brendan Richards got the Spartans (3-1, 1-1 East Region) on the board with a strike about 90 seconds before the end of the first horn. North carried that momentum into the second period. Nathaniel Fritel cut it to 4-2 1:28 into the second and Connor Holm scored just over five minutes into the frame to slice it to 4-3.
